Becky Hoffman
Director of Maintenance
I was born and raised in West Michigan. I am driven by my passion to serve Jesus no matter where that finds me. I love working along side my husband as we pursue our dream of building a strong and intentional property management company together. Lake Michigan Property Management is not just “a job” but a passion we have been building from the ground up.
I am blessed to have 5 beautiful children! If I am not working, you will find me hitting up CrossFit, helping my kiddos with their homeschool, cheering them on at the soccer fields, or performing renovations at home or at our personal rentals with them tagging along!

Allen Gulch
Maintenance Assistant
I grew up in Middleville, Michigan, the son of a builder. I have continued my career in this field for over 30 years. My passion is serving others. One of my greatest strengths is wanting to make a big impact, not being content with mediocrity but striving for exceptional. Lake Michigan Property Management gives me the opportunity to work toward that goal every day, bringing together my experience in the building industry with my desire to serve.
My wife and I have a seasonal lake cottage and pontoon that we enjoy in the summer. I am a passionate football fan. Go Lions! Go Green! I enjoy golfing and making improvements to my homes.
Ben Hoffman
Broker/Owner
GVSU Alumni with a passion for real estate investing and property management. Ben started out buying, renovating, and managing his portfolio. As his passion for the business grew, he began managing for friends and family. That is when LMPMC was born. With almost 10 years of experience in the property management business, Ben has an deep knowledge and understanding in the market and the property management business. In the beginning years, he took on the hardest properties to learn how to bring success in the places no one else wanted to go.
If he isn’t at the office, you will find him enjoying time with his business partner/wife and 5 kids, competing in Crossfit competitions, mowing the lawn, or golfing.
Scarlett

Scarlett has been a faithful assistant inside the LMPMC office. No matter what she finds herself doing, she goes above and beyond. If there is a challenge, she is up for the task. She plays a VITAL role in making the “behind-the-scenes” function. If she isn’t busy at LMPMC she’s chasing her sweet little toddler around the house, coaching middle school volleyball, reading, and being with her friends and family.
Jose
Lead Maintenance Technician
Jose was an outside vendor we utilized. We quickly saw the talent and love he put into every project he did for us. Shortly after he accepted the role of our lead maintenance technician. Coming out of a successful home remodeling business, he looks forward to serving you and the needs in your home. His skill set is far-reaching and the value he brings to our team is priceless. Jose has 3 children to help keep him on his toes while outside of work. He strives to be an outstanding Father. He loves planning fun adventures and trips for him and his kids to enjoy on the weekends. He loves working for the owners making their assets shine and become more valuable. He strives to also make every resident know that they too are valued. He walks into every property as if it were his own.
